1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the ck34 platform at ck34.io, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not use the ck34 platform.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and ck34 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). These terms apply to all products and services offered through ck34.io, including sports betting, cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, and all related payment and account management services.

By using ck34, you also confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, that you are not acting as an agent or representative of any third party, and that all funds you deposit are from legitimate sources and are not connected to any form of money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the ck34 platform. ck34 operates a strict 21+ policy without exception. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. ck34 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where the age of the account holder cannot be verified to our satisfaction.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

ck34 is operated for players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online betting is lawful in your specific jurisdiction before registering. ck34 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.

2.3 Account Registration

To use the full range of ck34 services, you must register a player account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. You must update your account information promptly if any details change. Providing false information at registration is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.4 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the ck34 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. ck34 uses technical and procedural controls to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all associated accounts may be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals may be forfeited.

3 Account Rules

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck34 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ck34 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify ck34's support team immediately. ck34 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) where available to add an additional layer of protection to your account.

3.2 Account Currency

All ck34 player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. Where a payment is made in a different currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction, and any conversion fees are borne by the player.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account is classified as inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. ck34 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or to close inactive accounts after providing reasonable notice to the registered contact details on file. Any remaining balance in a closed inactive account will be handled in accordance with applicable requirements at the time of closure.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ck34 operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be asked to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence, and proof of address. Verification of your payment method may also be required. ck34 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals or suspend account activity until verification is completed satisfactorily.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ck34 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification may be eligible for higher transaction limits. ck34 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to the player's ck34 wallet within seconds of a confirmed transaction. Deposits via bank transfer may take between one (1) and three (3) business days depending on the sending institution. ck34 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by ck34's payments team before processing. Standard withdrawal processing time is fifteen (15) minutes to twenty-four (24) hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Bank transfers may take one (1) to five (5) business days. ck34 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before approving withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

4.5 Payment Method Consistency

To protect against fraud and money laundering, ck34 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for the deposit funding that withdrawal, wherever technically possible. ck34 will not process withdrawals to a payment method that has not previously been used to make a deposit on the account, unless exceptional circumstances apply and identity verification has been completed to ck34's satisfaction.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the ck34 platform are subject to these Terms & Conditions and any additional sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the platform. It is the player's responsibility to ensure that bet details — including selection, stake, and market — are correct before confirming. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by ck34's systems, it cannot be changed or cancelled by the player.

5.2 Insufficient Funds

Bets will only be accepted if the player has sufficient cleared funds in their ck34 wallet at the time of placement. ck34 does not extend credit to players under any circumstances. Any bet placed that exceeds the available wallet balance will be declined.

5.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in pricing (including clearly incorrect odds, mispriced markets, or duplicate bet acceptance resulting from a system fault), ck34 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's wallet. ck34 will communicate such decisions to affected players as promptly as reasonably possible.

5.4 Live and In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or restricted at any time during an event without prior notice. ck34's live betting feed is sourced from third-party data providers and occasional delays may occur between real-world events and market updates on the platform. ck34 is not liable for losses arising from such data latency. Bets accepted before a suspension or event conclusion are settled on the basis of verified official results.

5.5 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the official results provided by the relevant governing body (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA, respective league authorities). In cases of disputed or abandoned events, ck34's settlement rules specific to each sport or game type will apply. ck34's settlement decisions are final once confirmed.

5.6 Maximum Winnings

ck34 reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on individual bets or cumulative winnings within a defined time period. These limits are displayed in the relevant betting market or game page and may vary by product. Any winnings that exceed the applicable maximum payout limit will be paid at the stated cap, with the excess forfeited.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ck34 may offer welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, including wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, eligible markets or games, time limits, and maximum bonus amounts.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. 6.4 Bonus Abuse

Using systematic, coordinated, or automated strategies to exploit bonus offers — including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to lock in bonus value regardless of outcome, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and collusion between players — constitutes bonus abuse. Where bonus abuse is identified, ck34 reserves the right to void all associated bets, confiscate bonus funds and winnings derived from those funds, and permanently close the account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ck34 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, scrape, or otherwise interfere with the technical operation of the ck34 platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets, access the platform, or exploit any feature of the service.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game, event, or market available on ck34.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for personal gain — any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or suspected error must be reported to support and may be voided.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at ck34 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to access your ck34 account or to place bets on your behalf.
• Attempting to circumvent ck34's KYC, responsible gaming, or self-exclusion controls by any means.

10 Limitation of Liability

Where an account is closed by ck34 due to a confirmed breach, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. ck34 will provide details of the reasons for closure where it is legally permissible and operationally appropriate to do so.

13 Changes to These Terms

ck34 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ck34 will notify registered players via the contact details held on their account (which may include email notification, an in-platform message, or a prominent notice on the ck34.io homepage) and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the ck34 platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
